The winner’s school will win $5,000 for their safety program.
This sweepstakes ends on September 30th, 2012 and each person can enter once. Each entrant must be a parent who is a member of the Parent Teacher Association and a legal resident of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they are from. This sweepstakes is not open to teachers and other school related personnel (including school administrators, other school employees, members of the school board, and PTA officials).

I’m a 34 yr old man I fell in jan now I’m disabled & winning this money could change me & my family’s life! I’m tired of living day to day wondering if we can pay this or that! After the fall I had emergency trauma surgery and put a plate & 8 screws in my right arm if anybody neede or deserved to win is my family!
