SO I cooked eggs the other night, and they were good. The only problem is they were not nearly as Fluffy as I would have like them. A few times I had omelettes from Country Clubs and they must do something or put something in the eggs because they are so good. And the worst thing I did not spray PAM in the cookware when I made the eggs, so I had to spend about an hour cleaning the pan.
