This sweepstakes ends on December 20th, 2012 and each person can enter up to ten times. Each entrant must be a resident of the fifty states and DC who are eighteen and older at the time of entry. Residents of the United Kingdom, Canada (except Quebec), Australia or India are also welcome to enter. Furthermore entrants must have technical programming experience and/or knowledge to create a Microsoft Office App. They must also have free Microsoft Live ID.
