The Winners will also have the opportunity to attend the Memphis in May BBQ Event in Memphis, TN in May, 2013 (Winner can choose $1,500 cash instead of attending Memphis in May BBQ Event).
To enter, submit your pork ribs recipe using pork spareribs. There are two divisions – indoor coking and outdoor. Recipes will be judged based on taste,creativity, and ease of preparation. 3 Finalists will be chosen in each divisions and each will attend the final live judging event in Bentonville, Arkansas in October 2012 where the grand prize winners will be declared.
The Dibs On My Ribs Contest begins on May 1, 2012, and ends on August 12, 2012. The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age or older. Limit one entry per person/e-mail address, per Recipe Category.
